PMBOK Process Table

This is a process table similar to the table we’ve used to see in the PMBOK Guide. It’s a separate file, with a particular visual aid, which you might find slightly easier to use than the original one.
The downloadable zip file contains two diagrams for the fourth edition and the draft of the fifth edition of the PMBOK Guide.

Understanding the PMBOK Guide

This book explains the concepts and philosophy of the standard and tries to shape a big picture without going into all details. If you don’t feel like spending a lot of time reading the standard itself, or have read it but did not understand it fully, give this little 50 page book a try.
